On Monday, September 28th, I took the CalTrain to Palo Alto. I saw THE actual “palo alto” and visited the Apple store. “There’s no basement at the Alamo!” you say? Sure enough, even though I did my homework ahead of time, the Hoover Tower at Stanford was closed. I walked an hour out of my way to find out it’s been closed for two months with one month to go. Lame. I should have walked to take a picture of the Facebook headquarters. I did have another great dinner at Tommy’s. After some 241s at the Midnight Sun, I caught up with Gary and Rodney at the Powehouse.
